Thanks for a fun stay with five star service. Attentive and helpful people are working there. - the hotel rooms are unique and quiet with the Jacuzzi tubs, carpet around the Jacuzzi tubs, and a whirlpool bathtub.

We loved the shuttle bus that took us around so we both could enjoy a cocktail w/o the driving. The staff was super friendly & breakfast was fabulous. Thank you!

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Great anniversary trip, my wife and I had a great time, and its close to entertainment and shopping.

The grounds were very pretty...Our room was okay...It was close to a casino and shopping. It was easy to get to from the city...The breakfasts were good and the coffee was delicious. The noise level was non-invasive...

We are an older couple..this was our first visit and did not know what to expect...The lighting in the room was not sufficient and we had a difficult time getting into the tub (my husband has two replaced knees). Maybe in the future, a different room would be available..

The breakfast was good.

The room smelled as soon as we walked in. There was no theme to our room. It felt like a normal hotel room and did not live up to any of the expectations that we had. Our friends highly recommended the Chateau after staying there several times themselves and after hearing that our room was extremely small, the tv radio/alarm were from the stone age, and that there were bugs coming out of jacuzzi tub when we turned it on they said that they never had anything bad like that. It was not worth the price that we paid to just stay at a normal hotel room. I could have stayed somewhere else for considerably less.

The building was wonderful, I loved the exteior and the land scape. Waterfoutains were a very nice touch( wish they were in opperation at the time) Good location, and really liked the overall presentaion of the hotel and lobby.

It was very close to our home. and convenient to many atractions that we use regularlly.

Everything was exceptional. the rooms were clean and fantastic. - Its location was magnificent, adjacent to downtown, a deserted castaway island, and the Colorado cabin in the woods. - Just 2 miles from a super-regional shopping mall.

We didn't have time, so we can't wait to go back. Truly enjoyed Kansas City, the hotel was incredibly beautiful and great in a wooded area that is surrounded by beautiful scenery. A great selection of food for breakfast, which was delicious to satisfy everyone.

My stay was such great with five star service. Thoroughly enjoyed my rooms with carpet around the tubs.
